My package has not arrived? What do I do?

Please contact FedEx or UPS first, as it is their responsibility to deliver the package to the consignee. Once an order departs from our warehouse, a tracking number and shipping details are promptly emailed to the customer. After communicating with the shipping company, if you require additional assistance, please reach out to info@sugarlashpro.com. We will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the delivery company. The investigation process typically spans 1-8 business days.
