Our lash educators are hand-selected from around the world because of their skill, drive, and passion for the lash industry. We keep our educator team small to ensure students are working with world-class eyelash extension professionals! To become an SLP Educator we require the following; You must be a certified Lash Technician with 2-3 years experience, with Classic and Volume training. Must feel comfortable and confident to teach in a group setting and speak publicly. Have a passion for lash extensions and be strongly engaged in self-motivating Be supportive and professional in teaching new lash artists. Must be able to provide stellar marketing and photography of your current work. *A background in teaching would be considered an asset, but not required.
